News just in! The Red Lion’s reopening has been postponed. It will now open on Saturday, 8th November, at 5pm. Apologies from Renee and Bryan, aparently several deliveries have failed to arrive and electrical work has over run!
The Poppy Cascade is up! Thanks to Graham Clifton for this picture and for organising a group of volunteers to raise the poppies to the top of the church tower. There will be a Remembrance Day service in the church at 10.45 on Sunday, followed by a parade to the War Memorial. On Remembrance Day itself, Tuesday 11th November, there will be an Act of Remembrance near the cascade starting at 10.50am more….
