Daily services The regular bus service for the village is Stagecoach No. 59 and 59A. Buses run from Steeple Aston to Banbury Bus Station or Oxford, Magdalen Street from early morning until early evening. The journey to Oxford takes around 45 minutes, while the Banbury trip is usually 10 minutes shorter. There are four bus services in each direction on Sundays, and this service also runs on Bank Holidays.

Steeple Aston to Chipping Norton. Heyfordian. Wednesdays and Saturdays
Service 23A leaves the White Lion at 9.33am and returns from Chipping Norton West Street at 1.17pm.
Steeple Aston to Bicester. Heyfordian. Fridays only.
Service 82 leaves Steeple Aston (all three stops)from 9.37am and returns from Bicester Bus Station at 12.15pm.

Steeple Aston to Bicester. Dial-a-Ride
Door to door bus service for passengers who
- have mobility or visual difficulties
- have severe learning difficulties but can travel on their own or have an escort
- elderly frail people or those who have significant difficulties using public transport
- escorts and guides travelling with a registered user.
This service runs from Steeple Aston to Bure Place, Bicester Tuesday to Thursday, picking up from homes in Steeple Aston around 9.00am and returning from Bicester at approximately 11.15am

Dial-a-Ride also run a service from Steeple Aston to Deddington Health Centre on Thursdays. The pickup in Steeple Aston is around 10.30am. The bus returns from the Health Centre after everyone has been seen. To book this service, call Deddington Health Centre on 01869 338611.
